Most people booking a banquet start with the date. It is usually the least useful place to start, because almost everything else — the room layout, the menu, the price — follows from three other answers.
How many guests
Not an exact number, a realistic range. Catering is priced per guest, and the gap between 60 and 90 people changes both the room setup and the quote. A range is enough to begin; the confirmed count comes later.
Indoor or outdoor
Indoor means the banquet hall here in Al Malaz. Outdoor means we bring the kitchen to your venue. The food can be the same either way, but the logistics, timing and setup are not, so this is worth settling early.
Which menu package
There are five, from Basic to Shahi. They differ in the number of dishes and in how much choice you get inside each course — a Basic package includes two curries, Shahi includes three plus a wider list to choose from.
You can see all five on the Banquet & Catering menu, with every course listed. If you are not sure yet, leave it blank on the enquiry form and we will talk it through.
What happens next
Send the enquiry with your date, timing and guest numbers, and we confirm availability and a quote. Nothing is fixed until you say so.
